Traditional Madrid-Style Pan con Tomate

Ingredients:
- 1 large baguette or rustic Spanish bread, sliced
- 1 large ripe tomato
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt, to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Bread: Slice the baguette or rustic bread and lightly toast each slice until golden brown on the edges but still soft inside.
Rub with Garlic: Take the peeled garlic clove and gently rub it over the surface of each slice, infusing the bread with a hint of garlic flavor.
