No-Bake Coconut Chocolate Bars

"Easy, no-bake coconut chocolate bars that are rich, creamy, and perfectly sweet. A simple dessert that’s naturally gluten-free and ready in minutes!"




Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (for chocolate layer)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Coconut Layer: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, melted coconut oil, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

  2. Form Base: Press the coconut mixture evenly into the base of a lined baking pan, creating a flat layer. Place in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to set.

  3. Make Chocolate Layer: Melt the chocolate chips with 1 tbsp coconut oil over low heat until smooth. Pour the chocolate over the chilled coconut layer, spreading it evenly.

  4. Chill and Slice: Return the pan to the fridge for 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set. Once firm, cut into bars and enjoy!
