Air Fryer Cauliflower Steaks with Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 large cauliflower, cut into thick “steaks”
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Garlic Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup vegan mayo or Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cauliflower: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower steaks and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. Cook the Steaks: Place the cauliflower steaks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they’re golden and tender.
