Air Fryer Cauliflower Steaks with Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 large cauliflower, cut into thick “steaks”
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Garlic Sauce:
- 1/4 cup vegan mayo or Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Cauliflower: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower steaks and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
