Tangerine Sorbet\
This easy tangerine sorbet recipe is the perfect summer treat. Made with just 3 ingredients, it's refreshing and delicious.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups (480 ml) fresh tangerine juice
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) sugar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
Instructions:

In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and let
cool completely. -
In a large bowl, whisk together the tangerine juice and the cooled sugar syrup.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Once the sorbet is frozen, transfer it to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or up to 2 weeks.
Tips:
- For a smoother sorbet, strain the tangerine juice before using.
- You can add a splash of orange liqueur, such as Grand Marnier or Cointreau, to the sorbet for extra flavor.
