Sweet potato crust for Quiche of Pie

The most awesome recipe, I found it on Cooking light.

I made this Quiche actually with Mince beef (I blind baked it and then added a layer of sweet potato on top) and was AMAZING!!!!

And I am about to make this one (or a mushroom one).
