Well, is there a pasta that is not italian Style?
The recipe is by common knowledge I guess. I find it hard to tell who invented it, but it was someone's Nonna for sure.
In Italian it's called Pasta Bianca.
To make 500g.
Ingredients:
500g pasta flour - typo "00" or if you can't find it just use all purpose flour.
Pinch of salt
5 eggs
1 tbsp olive oil (Optional - depending on what you are doing with the dough)

- Sift the flour and salt into a large bowl. Make a well in the centre of the flour, then add the eggs and oil.
- Using a fork, whisk the eggs and oil together and then slowly start to incorporate the flor. Keep incorporating the flour until mixture is too thick for the fork.
- Turn the mixture into a floured surface and then knead with your hands until the dough is smooth and not sticking to the surface anymore. (You can always add a bit more flour if it's too wet).
- Allow to rest, covered, for 30 minutes to 1 hour before using it.
